Support the Special Interest marketing and publicity team: attend editorial meetings; conduct publicity, influencer, and institutional research; draft galley letters, press releases, and marketing materials; assist media tracking and pitching; create social content; manage departmental shipping; provide administrative support; and update data systems.

Support the Academic Editorial team with shipping, Library of Congress submissions, data updates, peer-review administrative tasks, course and picture research, and coordination between editorial and design. 15–20 hours/week, hybrid with at least one in-office core day.
