Coordinate rentals and events by managing agreements, scheduling, records, and communications among clients, vendors, and staff. Maintain reservations in EZ Facility, support accounts receivable tasks, serve as on-site Manager on Duty as assigned, and assist with event execution, including occasional evenings and weekends.

Coordinate day-to-day operations for competitive youth soccer programs, overseeing ~520 athletes and ~20 part-time coaches. Manage staff scheduling, onboarding, evaluations, and high-volume coach communications. Handle administrative tasks including registrations, payments, data intake, travel logistics, event and tryout support, and on-site tournament assistance under the Director of Soccer Operations.
