Lead day-to-day financial and portfolio management for an energy transition fund, including quarterly reporting, valuations, treasury and liquidity management, investor communications, capital planning, transaction structuring support, governance, and value enhancement initiatives. The role coordinates with finance teams, investors, auditors, valuation advisers, and other stakeholders while managing junior colleagues and ensuring accurate, compliant delivery.

Support origination, execution, due diligence and portfolio management for infrastructure and energy investments across the Americas. Build and maintain financial models, prepare investment committee materials, coordinate advisors and workstreams (legal, technical, tax, ESG), and assist valuations, refinancing and fund forecasting. Provide market research, competitor analysis and cross-team collaboration across asset management, capital formation and reporting.
