The Product Specialist provides technical guidance, conducts product demonstrations, engages customers, supports sales efforts, and assists in product development at Macrobond.

Manage daily NYC office operations, vendor coordination, onboarding/offboarding logistics, badge and asset management, basic IT/AV troubleshooting, meeting room support, HR coordination, health and safety, and short-term projects to improve workplace efficiency.

Lead the global compensation strategy and U.S. benefits programs, ensuring compliance, analyzing compensation data, and advising leadership on pay structures.
