Own end-to-end recruitment for go-to-market roles across the US, including sourcing passive candidates, partnering with hiring managers, managing interview processes, and guiding candidates through offers. The role requires representing Unframe’s mission, improving hiring structure and pace, and supporting rapid growth in an AI startup environment.

Investigate and resolve technical issues for enterprise customers, analyzing logs, reproducing problems, identifying root causes, and escalating when needed. Use AI tools to support technical investigations, communicate with customers and internal teams, document solutions, build knowledge resources, and share recurring product insights with Product and Engineering.

Lead a team of Product Managers to define, prioritize, and deliver enterprise LLM/AI solutions on the Unframe platform. Work directly with customers to identify high-ROI use cases, set success metrics, drive 0->1 products and POCs to production, promote reuse/productization, and mentor PMs while balancing speed, stability, and long-term product quality.

Lead technical discovery and demos for enterprise prospects, translate pain points into LLM-powered solutions, present architecture and value, and feed customer insights to Product, Marketing, and R&D to shape the platform and sales strategy.

Hunt and open enterprise accounts by securing C‑suite executive engagement. Build multi-threaded relationships across transformation, IT, and data functions, partner with Regional GMs on account strategy, craft insight-led outreach, represent the company at executive events, and evolve outbound playbooks to generate strategic pipeline and hand off opportunities to closers.

Design, implement, and ship full-stack AI-powered applications on Unframe's platform; collaborate with product, customers, and research teams to extend platform and UI, integrate AI into production, and deliver clean, tested code.

Lead and scale Unframe's global partner ecosystem to generate partner-sourced pipeline, recruit and activate strategic partners (SIs, hyperscalers, channel), build repeatable co-sell motions, hire and manage a partnerships team, align cross-functionally with Sales/Product/RevOps, and drive partner-influenced revenue. Frequent travel (30-40%).
