Coordinate interviews, technical assessments, and system design evaluations. Provide market intelligence, comp benchmarking, and talent-pool sizing. Drive a fast, high-bar hiring process and close top-tier candidates using strong outbound sourcing and AI-enabled workflows.

Serve as the frontline advocate and product expert for Warp customers, handling real-time engagement, guiding payroll implementation, resolving complex payroll and tax issues, partnering with engineering on case resolution, creating technical briefs, and building a customer-facing knowledge base to prevent recurring issues.

Investigate and resolve federal, state, and local payroll tax notices; communicate with tax agencies; process state registrations and support quarterly filings; maintain detailed case notes and reconciliations; improve processes and automation; collaborate with support, product, and engineering; assist with year-end compliance and client-facing tax guidance.
