Support an enterprise sales pod by researching target accounts, identifying stakeholders, executing AI-assisted multichannel outbound, booking qualified meetings, and creating pipeline. Build AI agents, workflows, automations, dashboards, and GTM assets that improve research, personalization, prioritization, follow-up, and deal progression. Partner closely with account executives on stakeholder mapping, multi-threading, opportunity advancement, and ARR generation.

Provide high-trust executive and personal support to the CEO—manage calendar, travel, confidential matters, and act as gatekeeper—while running day-to-day office operations, vendors, onboarding, policies, and US office budgets.

Own day-to-day New York office operations, including vendors, payments, invoices, inventory, mail, equipment, maintenance, travel coordination, onboarding, employee milestones, and workplace experience. Plan company offsites, sales kickoffs, team activities, and other events while improving office processes and supporting a welcoming, well-organized culture. This is a 50% part-time, on-site role working Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.

Lead consultative discovery, solution architecture, technical demonstrations, POCs, and solution design workshops for enterprise customers. Translate customer challenges into API, Python, data, and AI-focused solutions while advising stakeholders from executives to engineers. Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success to support sales cycles, adoption, expansion, proposals, reusable technical assets, and implementation readiness.

Provide high-level executive and personal support to the CEO, managing complex calendars, inboxes, meetings, travel, board and investor logistics, confidential documentation, follow-ups, and special projects. Serve as a trusted liaison with internal and external stakeholders while proactively resolving administrative challenges. The role requires flexibility outside regular hours, strong discretion, excellent organization, and fluency in Hebrew and English.
