Own the enrollment operating system and team, including funnel architecture, CRM and workflows, conversion analytics, dashboards, automation, partner handoffs, and continuous process improvement. Lead enrollment staff, optimize conversion rates, improve data and reporting, develop partner relationships, and collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Service to create efficient, empathetic caregiver enrollment experiences.
