Lead end-to-end product design for Fabric’s member experience, including marketing, onboarding, portals, and in-product healthcare workflows. Partner with product, engineering, and clinical teams; conduct user research; facilitate workshops; maintain scalable design-system components; run design reviews; and collaborate with brand and marketing. The role requires strong product thinking, visual and interaction design, Figma expertise, AI-assisted design skills, and effective communication with cross-functional stakeholders.
