Summer internship providing hands-on exposure to construction insurance and surety through projects with Insurance, Marketing, Accounting, Finance, and Claims professionals. Interns learn brokerage operations, receive mentorship, develop professional skills, and complete a capstone presentation. Supports claims administration, reporting, data reconciliation, loss-trend analysis, documentation, and communications with clients, carriers, adjusters, and internal teams. The role includes structured training toward handling General Liability and Automobile claims, including investigation, coverage review, evaluation, documentation, and resolution. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate records, participating in client and carrier meetings, handling confidential information, and maintaining required insurance licensing and continuing education.
