Serve as a trusted technical advisor for enterprise customers, aligning Omnissa solutions with business objectives. Partner with sales teams to manage account plans, advance opportunities, deliver demonstrations and presentations, respond to RFPs, address competitive threats, and drive technical closure. Build executive and practitioner relationships, support platform adoption and expansion, influence product direction, and coordinate cross-functional resources across the customer journey.

Drafts, reviews, and negotiates customer agreements covering software licensing, cloud-hosted services, and professional services. Advises Deal Management and Sales teams on contract modifications, commercial risks, contract interpretation, customer concerns, and disputes. Collaborates with legal, sales, and cross-functional stakeholders, independently resolving routine matters while escalating novel or higher-risk issues. Requires strong legal drafting, negotiation, communication, risk mitigation, and prioritization skills.
