Supports customer implementations of revenue cycle management solutions by configuring billing rules, payer setup, and claim workflows. Partners with customers to understand workflows, troubleshoots system issues, validates claims, documents configurations, monitors milestones, and supports project deliverables. The role also identifies process improvements and uses analytics, automation, and AI-enabled tools to improve implementation efficiency and customer outcomes.

Develop and maintain PHP-preferred software features and services using object-oriented design. Own implementations from design through deployment, troubleshoot bugs and performance issues, write unit and integration tests, apply secure coding practices, participate in code reviews, collaborate across product and engineering teams, and use AI-assisted development tools responsibly.

Own the end-to-end lifecycle of assigned products and features, including discovery, roadmap development, delivery, optimization, and product strategy. Conduct customer research, analyze market and performance data, prioritize investments, define requirements, and collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and business stakeholders.
