The Tradeify TV Content Coordinator will manage content publishing and distribution, optimize metadata, maintain workflows, and support production operations to enhance digital media presence.

Own month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close across multiple entities; reconcile high-volume payment flows (merchant fees, chargebacks, PayPal, payouts); maintain general ledger and intercompany eliminations; prepare journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations; produce US GAAP financial statements; build controls and scalable accounting processes; partner with FP&A; support auditors; evaluate accounting systems and grow the accounting team.

Own end-to-end product design: scope and run discovery, use research and data to define problems, design production-quality UX/UI, collaborate with engineering and product, drive stakeholder alignment, and apply AI tooling where useful.
