Lead and systematize the revenue motion for an AI-for-nuclear startup: build repeatable inbound/outbound pipeline, establish a sales methodology, create playbooks (pitch, discovery, objections, account plans), define roles and lightweight enablement, and set forecast, pipeline reviews, quotas, and comp. Fractional, contract engagement (~20 hrs/week) with handoff to internal team.

Deploy, configure, and integrate Nuclearn's AI platform on customer infrastructure (on‑prem/air‑gapped or cloud). Drive adoption through training and troubleshooting, act as technical advisor to plant engineers and IT, surface customer feedback to Product and Engineering, and own post‑go‑live relationships toward expansion.
