Designs, develops, implements, and evaluates training curricula for National Guard personnel. Responsibilities include applying ADDIE and adult learning principles, creating TLOs, ELOs, lesson plans, assessments, SCORM-compatible materials, and LMS content. The role collaborates with subject matter experts and government stakeholders, conducts training needs analyses and curriculum reviews, evaluates learning outcomes, and ensures compliance with DoD instructional standards.
