Own and scale strategic partnerships end-to-end: source and structure partnerships, build partner playbooks and enablement, manage lifecycle from diligence to launch, drive co-selling and pipeline, train partner sellers, maintain partner tracking in HubSpot, gather feedback for product improvements, and travel ~10–20% for partner engagements.

Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM and Operations: source and engage candidates, build scorecards, manage ATS, run structured interviews, partner with founders and hiring managers, improve candidate experience and employer brand, track recruiting metrics, and close offers.
