Support and execute full M&A lifecycle including financial statement analysis, modeling and valuation, deal structuring, LOI and legal document negotiation, due diligence, advisor management, debt financing, and board presentations. Work closely with M&A and C-level leaders and support integration and operational assessment for acquisitions.
