Build and own the finance reporting layer in the data warehouse, reconcile ledger and platform transactions, produce production-ready financial reports, analyze fee and promotion impacts on revenue and retention, support monthly close and forecasts, and document models and reports end-to-end.

Own and operate the lifecycle martech stack end-to-end: administer platforms, build campaign orchestration, manage integrations with data pipelines, maintain CRM data hygiene, define QA and deployment governance, and roadmap stack improvements toward automated, AI-assisted lifecycle execution focused on acquisition, retention, and reactivation.

Own and scale the full employee lifecycle and culture programs: onboarding, offboarding, engagement surveys, events, recognition, manager development, vendor and budget management, and the internship program. Design repeatable processes, run surveys and listening tours, build manager-facing tools, and report program impact to leadership.
