Responsibilities include hiring, coaching, incident response, scalability, observability, SLOs, technical planning, and cross-functional partnership with Product, Compliance, Finance, and leadership for systems processing global payments.

Lead a 30-person engineering organization while remaining hands-on in code, architecture, design reviews, production debugging, and technical decision-making.
