The Product Marketing Manager will build Phamily’s product marketing capability for enterprise healthcare markets. Responsibilities include developing positioning and messaging, supporting enterprise sales, creating competitive battlecards and enablement materials, packaging customer outcomes, managing product launches, validating messaging, and establishing AI-assisted marketing workflows. The role partners closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, Solutions, and BI teams to communicate the value of AI-powered care management solutions.

Own and scale HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including payroll, benefits, compensation, HRIS, compliance, employee support, and reporting. Lead HRIS and payroll vendor implementation, optimize HR technology and workflows, manage benefits and open enrollment, build workforce dashboards, and deliver actionable insights to leadership. This hands-on role also leads cross-functional HR projects and supports employees and managers in a high-growth startup environment.

Designs and executes account-based marketing and broader demand-generation campaigns targeting healthcare enterprise accounts. Partners with enterprise sales teams to map buying committees, prioritize accounts, create personalized multi-channel campaigns, and generate pipeline. Owns campaign testing, account engagement, penetration, pipeline generation, and influence metrics. Uses AI tools to accelerate research, personalize messaging, and scale campaign production in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.

Lead visual design and art direction for Phamily’s enterprise marketing, sales, product marketing, campaign, event, and healthcare collateral. Produce high-impact creative assets, evolve brand guidelines and design systems, manage agencies and freelancers, mentor junior designers, and establish scalable creative workflows and QA processes. Partner with marketing stakeholders to develop outcome-focused B2B storytelling while integrating generative AI tools into an enterprise-grade creative operation.
