Lead and scale DualEntry's Partnerships function: define partnership strategy, build a team, source and activate partners, run co-marketing and co-selling programs, host events, automate partner lifecycle with AI, own metrics and dashboards, and drive partner-sourced revenue and pipeline. Role requires hands-on execution and leadership, with US travel to partners and events.

Lead and grow a hands-on engineering team, mentor engineers, contribute to production code, drive technical direction, design system architecture and APIs, partner with Product to prioritize and deliver scalable features with high ownership.

Design and build core backend systems and APIs for an AI-native ERP. Launch production-ready features end-to-end (CI/CD, deployment), manage complex accounting business logic, data migrations, scaling, and third-party integrations. Own architecture, testing, monitoring, and post-release care.

Build and lead the Data & Analytics function: design data pipelines, modeling, orchestration, BI dashboards, and analytics to inform product, engineering, GTM and marketing. Own analytics infrastructure, metrics, experimentation, and translate insights into action across teams.

Lead post-sale account management and ERP adoption for high-tier customers: run success plans, deliver trainings, optimize month-end workflows, handle escalations, drive expansion, create support SOPs, and liaise with Product/Engineering to prioritize bugs and feature requests.

Drive high-volume outbound ERP lead generation and qualification, develop and iterate GTM/outbound playbooks, keep AEs' calendars full with qualified meetings, improve reply and conversion rates, surface product and market insights to marketing and product teams, and run data-driven outreach experiments to increase sales velocity.

Own DualEntry’s brand across identity, web, print, events, and every touchpoint. Lead creative direction, design high-conversion web pages, build scalable brand systems, and partner with PMM, Marketing, and Sales to translate positioning into visual storytelling.
