Part-time legal intern supporting commercial contract drafting and redlining, contract repository development, legal AI tool evaluation, legal research, and workflow improvements. The role requires strong research, writing, communication, organization, attention to detail, and collaboration skills. The intern will work with Zenity’s legal counsel in a fast-growing AI cybersecurity company and contribute to decisions involving privacy, employment, AI, commercial, and contract law.

The role requires owning and enhancing existing features, building security solutions for enterprise customers, and collaborating with various teams to scale Zenity's platform.

Own AI projects from discovery through production, building and deploying AI-powered applications and workflows for GTM, operations, product, strategy, and partner teams. Translate ambiguous processes into scalable systems, integrate applications with the GTM technology stack, gather user requirements, prioritize projects, and coordinate cross-functional execution. Use structured data and context to improve AI reliability and track business performance.

Own US revenue accounting and month-end close under US GAAP/ASC 606, manage AR/AP and billing for enterprise customers, support audits and taxes, partner with GTM on deal structuring and pricing, build scalable finance processes, strengthen controls, and apply AI tools to accounting workflows.

Embed onsite with a strategic customer to deploy, configure, integrate, test, and troubleshoot Zenity’s AI security platform across customer data, APIs, infrastructure, identity systems, and AI platforms. Lead security investigations, incidents, validation efforts, and issue resolution while translating customer needs into engineering requirements. Act as the primary liaison between customer and Zenity teams, run accountability cadences, advise on AI security best practices, and feed field insights into product roadmap decisions.

Own a Fortune 1000-focused territory, build strategic relationships with CISOs and security leaders, drive complex enterprise sales cycles, manage technical discovery and POCs, collaborate with partners and engineering, and generate pipeline through events and partner motions. Requires travel within territory.

Lead outbound strategic alliances with major enterprise SaaS and platform players, manage inbound partnership requests, and build a formal technology partner program. Define offerings, GTM motions, co-sell and enablement, and drive partner-sourced pipeline by working cross-functionally with sales, product, and marketing. Track program health and revenue impact while scaling partner tiers and processes.

Embed onsite with Microsoft as a senior engineer to design, build, deploy, and validate production-grade integrations and AI security capabilities on Zenity's platform. Lead technical deployments, run investigations, translate findings to engineering, and influence product roadmap while ensuring enterprise reliability, security, and performance.
