Provides bookkeeping, payroll, invoicing, account reconciliation, monthly reporting, budgeting, financial analysis, and administrative support for mission-driven clients. The Associate maintains accurate financial records, supports financial platforms and processes, assists with special projects, and builds strong client relationships through proactive communication. This is a fully remote role serving clients across the continental United States.

Lead and manage full-cycle accounting and financial operations for multiple clients. Supervise 1-3 associates, oversee bookkeeping, payroll, reconciliations, budgeting, cash-flow forecasting, reporting, audit and tax prep, client communication, project management, and special projects while ensuring compliance and process improvement.
