Senior tax leader overseeing federal, state, and international tax compliance for funds and management entities. Manages partnership returns, K-1s, offshore reporting, FATCA/CRS, audits, tax planning, and external advisors while partnering with finance, legal, and compliance.

Support the Legal & Compliance team with entity formation and administration, document and record management, transaction closings, KYC/AML checks, vendor/NDAs review, regulatory filings, and compliance policy drafting and reviews.
