Manages residential and commercial real estate legal matters, including lease drafting and negotiation, landlord-tenant disputes, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and related business agreements. Advises internal teams, supports litigation, monitors legal obligations, collaborates with outside counsel, and assists with special projects while promoting sustainability initiatives.

Supports commercial and residential real estate marketing campaigns, branding, social media, content creation, collateral, websites, advertising metrics, vendor coordination, project tracking, and property presentation. Maintains marketing materials and digital listings across platforms, manages elevator screens and tenant welcomes, monitors inventories, and processes purchase orders and related requests.

Provide high-level executive administrative support to the COO, including calendar and meeting management, invoice and expense processing, document preparation, minute taking, project coordination, travel and logistics, and liaison duties for Operations and Security & Life Safety. Maintain confidentiality, anticipate needs, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and ensure timely follow-up on projects and SOP-driven expense reporting.
