As a Mid-Market Account Executive, you'll manage the full sales cycle, build customer relationships, and drive revenue by selling AI-driven workflow automation solutions in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Lead full-cycle enterprise sales into IT, Security, and Operations teams. Manage complex, multi-stakeholder deals from prospecting to close and expansion, deliver demos and ROI-driven business cases, influence product roadmap with founders and engineering, create repeatable enterprise playbooks, and represent the company at events. Requires on-site presence in San Francisco and regular customer travel.

Serve as the founding solutions architect driving technical pre-sales: run discovery, architecture reviews, demos, security evaluations, and pilots. Integrate deeply with customer identity, ITSM, and SaaS stacks, define success criteria, build SA tooling and evaluation frameworks, then hand off pilot deployment and feed product/engineering with field feedback.

Build and own the Partnerships function: define strategy and playbook, source and close high-impact partnerships, create distribution channels, integrate partnerships into GTM with Sales and Marketing, enable partners, and feed partner/customer insights back into product and market decisions.
