Build and own Lantern’s private-markets data platform, including ingestion pipelines, APIs, and client interfaces. Define product, architecture, and testing specifications for agentic development; review generated code and maintain high engineering standards. Own production systems, database schemas, migrations, deployment infrastructure, observability, and engineering practices while collaborating closely with product managers and engineers.

Launch Lantern's US outbound pipeline by researching prospects, running multi-channel outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn), qualifying leads, booking discovery meetings, maintaining CRM data integrity, and feeding insights to marketing and sales to shape US GTM strategy.
