Own and grow channel partnerships across the region: recruit, onboard, enable, and drive partner-sourced pipeline and events. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product to forecast opportunities, report partner ROI, and build repeatable partner enablement models to scale revenue and brand presence.

Lead and build the RevOps function end-to-end: forecasting, CRM and quoting architecture, deal desk, territory and quota design, GTM reporting, and AI-native workflow automation. Advise CRO/CEO, operationalize consumption pricing, fix sales inefficiencies, and grow a small team to scale GTM across the US and Europe.

Lead the creation of Harmonic's first US engineering site: hire the initial team, be hands-on early, establish cross-site collaboration with the UK, build operational rhythms (planning, on-call, incident response), own US hiring and interview processes, and scale the organization toward customer engineering, platform, and product delivery.
