Lead Maiden Home’s end-to-end luxury furniture product development function from concept through launch and lifecycle management. Own the product roadmap, scale processes and systems, oversee manufacturing partner technical approval, champion quality and brand standards, and build a high-performing product development organization. Partner cross-functionally with design, sourcing, operations, and client services while recruiting, coaching, and developing senior talent in a growing multi-category business.

Lead the strategy, execution, and scaling of Maiden Home’s logistics network, including 3PL and carrier management, white-glove delivery, international freight, customs, returns, storage, claims, freight spend, and performance measurement. Build provider partnerships, negotiate contracts, manage capacity and tariffs, implement logistics systems, and establish scorecards and accountability frameworks that improve cost, reliability, product condition, and client experience.

Lead Maiden Home’s organic social and editorial strategy across brand and founder channels. Develop platform-first storytelling, content calendars, editorial franchises, community engagement, and performance optimization. Partner with Creative, PR, Product Design, Retail, Trade, and Sales teams to amplify launches, craftsmanship, cultural partnerships, events, and founder perspectives. Build relationships across the design ecosystem and create elevated content that strengthens brand authority, community, and influence.

Leads the luxury client services function across pre-sale consultation, order management, delivery, and post-delivery care. Establishes service standards, SLAs, quality assurance, training, and escalation protocols while managing and developing a multichannel team. Oversees complex orders and service recovery, improves operational processes, and partners cross-functionally to resolve root causes, strengthen the client journey, increase loyalty, and drive repeat business.

Owns creative intake, project workflows, timelines, resource allocation, budgets, and documentation across 3D production, post-production, campaigns, branding, and asset delivery. Manages external vendors, freelancers, and agencies; oversees quality assurance, feedback, version tracking, and DAM operations. Partners with Creative, Marketing, and Merchandising teams to communicate status, mitigate risks, improve processes, and ensure work meets brand standards and deadlines.

Produce digital and print assets across email, social, paid media, landing pages, catalogs, and OOH. Support campaign concepting and execution, maintain brand consistency, prepare production-ready files, manage asset organization and timelines, participate in creative reviews, and contribute cultural insight to inspire creative work.
