The Client Services Senior Associate is responsible for managing a team, overseeing client portfolios, preparing reports, and ensuring excellent customer service in the insurance sector.

Provide executive-level support to two senior leaders, manage complex calendars and travel, maintain client information in Salesforce, coordinate meetings, and run daily New York office operations including vendor relationships, hospitality, events, inventory, and special projects.
