Senior Creative Designer will set creative direction and execute marketing, website, campaign, sales and video assets. Responsibilities include brand systems, Webflow pages, email, presentations, motion/storyboards, data visualization, asset libraries, freelancer management, and introducing AI-assisted creative workflows to improve speed and quality.

Lead new business and exceed individual revenue targets while recruiting, coaching, and developing Account Executives. Build relationships with agencies and regional advertisers, manage pipeline and forecasting, influence sales strategy, and collaborate cross-functionally to scale regional growth and sales processes.
