Conceive, direct, produce, and deliver world-class creative work across campaigns, films, social, launches, editorial, and cultural experiments. The role requires strong creative and art direction, practical production skills, fluency in generative creation, and the ability to carry ideas from concept to finished execution. The producer will help shape FLORA’s brand and influence the development of its creative tools while collaborating closely with the founder and CEO.
