The Director of Business Development will build strategic partnerships to drive growth in office and multifamily markets, manage relationships, and close multi-site deals.

Lead identification, negotiation, and closing of multi-year partnerships with elevator OEMs, maintenance providers, distributors, and consultants to deploy digital screens. Manage senior relationships, coordinate cross-functional teams for execution, analyze partnership performance and market trends, and represent the company at industry events to drive scale and growth.

The role involves building strategic partnerships in the office and multifamily space, driving outbound prospecting, managing a high-activity sales pipeline, and closing multi-site agreements.
