Develop and implement NGS sequencing applications (3' RNA-seq, cell-free, single-cell, FFPE), support targeted panel development, follow SOPs, work with high-throughput workflows, collaborate with project teams and informatics to analyze data (R/Python beneficial), and communicate results across cross-functional teams.
