Provide business development and marketing support for M&A and Private Equity: maintain matter databases, prepare league table submissions and deal lists, update marketing materials, coordinate legal directories and awards, research clients and market trends, assist proposals, presentations, conferences, and special BD projects.

Supervise and coordinate a night shift team of word processors, document specialists, and proofreaders. Assign and monitor work, troubleshoot documents, maintain logs and personnel records, perform evaluations, ensure staffing, provide customer service and support off-hour requests, and implement departmental procedures.

Support IP, Commercial Transactions and Advisory practices by developing and implementing business development initiatives: draft partner communications, manage proposals/RFPs and legal directory submissions, maintain matter and pitch databases, conduct market and competitive research, assemble client plans, coordinate events and sponsorships, collaborate with BI/PR/Marketing, and mentor junior BD colleagues.

Lead and review advanced financial and quantitative models for venture financings, M&A, IPOs, restructurings and other transactions. Build and audit cap tables, liquidation waterfalls, payout and allocation models, and compliance analyses (e.g., 280G, 409A). Validate third-party deliverables, advise attorneys and clients on transaction mechanics, support business development, and drive model automation and process improvements.

Support the Litigation practice's knowledge management and innovation initiatives: create and curate precedents and training, run matter debriefs, evaluate and pilot KM and generative AI tools, develop prompts and workflows, deliver training, and drive adoption of KM systems to improve litigation efficiency.
