Two-year rotational program with three eight-month rotations across demand planning, supply planning, and people leadership. Contribute to forecasting, inventory management, new product launches, SAP/RapidResponse planning execution, and SI&OP processes while developing leadership skills and preparing for a full-time supply chain role.

The internship involves supporting the Financial Planning & Analysis team with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and data analysis, while providing hands-on experience in finance operations.

Plan and schedule production to meet service level and inventory objectives. Manage backorders, manufacturing priorities, net requirements, and schedule adherence. Provide inventory analysis, maintain master data, support PDP and COP processes, facilitate new product schedules, train associates, and use supply chain systems (SAP, MES, Rapid Response) to optimize production planning.

Lead financial planning, forecasting, reporting and analysis for manufacturing operations. Prepare budgets, variance analysis, journal entries, and sensitivity/NPV modeling. Partner with production, engineering and quality to evaluate cost improvements, product integrations and business opportunities. Support month-end close, annual planning, and continuous improvement of reporting and analytics.
