The Executive Director is responsible for designing and overseeing the hedging program within the insurance and reinsurance operations, managing risks and leading a team to achieve effective capital efficiency and risk management protocols.

Provide administrative support to the CIO and the leadership team, manage special projects, arrange travel, oversee event planning, and handle sensitive communications.
