Produce and publish internal communications across Slack and Notion, maintain templates and style consistency, capture and edit visual content, manage content calendar and templates, support All-Hands and Town Halls, track engagement, coordinate contributors, and proofread content to ensure clarity and on-brand messaging.

Own and resolve enterprise and strategic customer issues end-to-end, mastering Legora platform features (Assistant, Tabular Review, Workflows, Editor, Word Add-in). Communicate technical detail clearly to demanding legal teams, produce reusable playbooks, and drive product improvements through cross-functional partnership while maintaining enterprise-grade handoffs across global teams.

Lead a team of engineers hands-on: design and implement full‑stack features, drive architecture and technical decisions, ensure code quality/security/performance, mentor engineers, collaborate with Product and Design, and champion DevOps and continuous improvement using Node.js, React, cloud platforms, and Kubernetes.

Provide high-touch operational support to the Chief Product Officer and Chief Technology Officer: manage calendars, travel, and email; coordinate meetings across time zones; plan offsites and team events; triage requests; review expenses; improve team systems; and keep projects and communication running smoothly.

Lead end-to-end technical implementations and integrations for enterprise customers, acting as the primary technical contact. Configure SSO and DMS integrations (iManage, SharePoint, NetDocuments), manage API connections, provide post-rollout support, deliver technical training, coordinate across Sales/Engineering/Customer Success, and feed implementation insights back to product and engineering.
