As a Solutions Engineer, you'll assist sales and engineering teams in addressing customer technical challenges, create demos, and support the sales process.

Support the Legal Engineering org with data, reporting, tooling, and operations. Build dashboards, automate trackers and workflows, run cadence and performance reviews, support strategic projects, coordinate hiring and onboarding, and enable repeatable pilot and rollout programs.

The Staff Site Reliability Engineer will architect reliability strategies, manage observability, and drive operational excellence across teams, particularly in large-scale production systems.

Lead pricing and packaging strategy for Legora's AI-native legal platform across in-house and law firm segments. Design packaging architecture, define monetization for new products, run willingness-to-pay and buyer research, conduct competitive pricing analysis, and enable sales with pricing guidance and deal tools. Operate and evolve a Kubernetes/CNCF platform, own multi-cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP) ops, implement IaC (Pulumi), manage regional data-residency architecture, improve reliability and cost via SLOs, observability, autoscaling, and lead on-call and incident response while partnering with SRE/Foundation teams.

Provide high-touch executive support to the CEO Office: manage complex calendars, travel, and email for executives; coordinate cross-timezone meetings; run offsites and events; triage requests; support projects and operations; improve systems; review expenses and book travel.

Build and operate an automated GRC platform: pipelines that collect evidence across cloud, IdP, HRIS, source control and CI/CD; implement a unified controls library; produce audit-ready evidence for AI certifications; translate policies into enforceable CI/CD checks and continuous monitoring; instrument control effectiveness; design agentic workflows for evidence analysis and audit response with human-in-the-loop.

Own and build Legora’s company-wide business operations engine during hyper-growth. Lead the operating model, planning and OKR cadence, metric tree, MBR/QBR reviews, decision-rights framework, cross-functional alignment, internal communications, and business systems governance. Translate analytics into investment cases, partner with executives and Finance, and build the Business Operations team while establishing scalable operational processes across global locations.

Serve as a client-facing legal-product specialist for asset managers and private equity teams: run pilots, deliver demos and training, onboard users, design deal and diligence workflows, advise on fund formation, regulatory compliance, and AI adoption, and feed user insights into product roadmap and best-practice playbooks.

Lead end-to-end technical implementations and integrations for enterprise customers, acting as the primary technical contact. Configure SSO and DMS integrations (iManage, SharePoint, NetDocuments), manage API connections, provide post-rollout support, deliver technical training, coordinate across Sales/Engineering/Customer Success, and feed implementation insights back to product and engineering.
