Manages telecommunications and network infrastructure delivery across data center campuses, from design coordination and construction scheduling through installation, testing, commissioning, and operational handover. Oversees fiber, structured cabling, DAS/ERRCS, MDF/IDF, carrier entrances, subcontractors, documentation, procurement risks, inspections, and coordination with architects, engineers, IT, and general contractors. Requires extensive data center or campus telecom experience, construction software proficiency, fiber testing knowledge, safety training, and strong stakeholder communication.

Manages controls activities for mission-critical data center construction projects. Reviews drawings, specifications, equipment submittals, and customer requirements; coordinates design engineers, contractors, vendors, and construction teams; and translates requirements into project documentation. The role requires expertise in BMS and/or EPMS systems, construction documentation, mechanical and electrical building systems, and active construction-site coordination.

Manages mechanical engineering activities for mission-critical data center construction. Reviews consultant packages, maintains mechanical OFCI specifications, leads submittal reviews and factory witness testing, updates basis-of-design documentation, and supports new cooling system designs. The role requires expertise with chiller plants, CRAH/CRAC systems, fan walls, CDUs, and liquid cooling loops, along with frequent on-site construction work and domestic travel.
