Own omnichannel programmatic advertising and DTC go-to-market strategy for a patient-facing health app. Lead patient acquisition, engagement, retention, pharma brand positioning, paid media, CRM/SMS campaigns, ABM initiatives, and marketing content. Manage DSP and agency relationships, develop patient and pharma messaging, support product launches, track performance KPIs, conduct competitive research, and recommend campaign optimizations. Serve as the dedicated technical and operational partner for strategic pharmacy customers. Own day-to-day operational success, troubleshoot integrations and claims processing, coordinate cross-functional teams, maintain customer playbooks, lead operational reviews, recommend process improvements, and act as the voice of the customer to Product and Engineering.

Lead design, development, and maintenance of test automation frameworks; mentor junior engineers; integrate automated tests into CI/CD; perform API and load testing; troubleshoot test failures; implement test data management and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve QA processes.
