Manage product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle for the Net-Rx suite. Conduct market and VoC research, prioritize features, work with engineering via Agile/Jira, perform UAT, monitor platform operations and pricing data, coordinate GTM, train staff, and apply LTC pharmacy domain expertise to ensure regulatory compliance and financial performance.

Manage and coach an inside sales team to meet revenue targets, develop and execute sales strategies, oversee member communications, track KPIs via CRM and dashboards, analyze sales data, and lead adoption of AI and automation tools to improve lead generation, engagement, and operational efficiency.
