The Condition Monitoring Application Engineer supports sales by providing technical expertise, analyzing vibration data, and engineering solutions for clients.

Operate and administer HubSpot and HubSpot-Salesforce integrations; build campaign and event operations (forms, lists, routing); manage lead processing, data health, reporting, and attribution; integrate AI and automations to improve workflows; collaborate with marketing, sales, and revenue operations to standardize processes and ensure compliance.

Lead strategy and hands-on execution of full-funnel, multi-channel B2B campaigns to drive pipeline and revenue. Build and launch campaigns in HubSpot, manage workflows, segmentation, and attribution, align with sales/RevOps (Salesforce), optimize performance via A/B testing and reporting, and ensure compliance with data regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR). Collaborate across product, content, design, and sales to convert and nurture manufacturing plant-floor and executive buyers.

Define and execute the companys AI strategy; build and lead the data science, ML engineering, and AI teams; govern intake, prioritization, and AI guardrails; advance production ML, MLOps, LLMs and agentic workflows; partner cross-functionally to deliver measurable ROI; and report AI impact and roadmap to the CEO and board.

Build and scale AssetWatchs organic channel to drive measurable pipeline. Own keyword architecture, AEO strategy, technical SEO, content briefs, and performance attribution. Monitor rankings, traffic, conversions, and AI answer surfaces; prioritize fixes and execute roadmap to produce consistent, qualified organic-sourced MQLs and influenced revenue.
