Develop claims-based prevalence, volume, geographic capacity, pricing, routing, and impact models; create scalable tools with Engineering; automate analyses using AI; support enterprise sales with client-specific insights; and provide executive recommendations on pricing, partnerships, and growth.

Lead Leap’s security and compliance program, including HITRUST certification, SOC 2 Type II audits, HIPAA controls, policy development, vendor risk reviews, security questionnaires, and client security engagements. Build a prioritized security roadmap, advise Engineering on GCP and data-stack controls, manage an external security partner, and report security posture and compliance risks to leadership.

Build production AI agents, automation pipelines, and care orchestration systems for clinical and business operations. Develop full-stack products, shared services, identity and authentication, HIPAA-compliant data architecture, healthcare integrations, PHI-safe LLM pipelines, agent frameworks, evaluation systems, and MCP integrations. Partner with operations teams and users to identify automation opportunities, ship products, and use data to guide improvements.

Execute and refine clinical activation playbooks, support new client launches, provide operational coverage across Intake, Care Operations, and Care Guide teams, establish operating cadences, build performance dashboards, track funnel KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and partner with Engineering on workflow automations. The role requires cross-functional coordination, hands-on execution, and influencing peer managers without formal authority in a rapidly scaling health-tech operation.

Own the company's operating cadence, accelerate decision-making, lead high-priority cross-functional projects, and manage OKRs to ensure strategic accountability and scalable operations.

Own the product direction, prioritization, and delivery of Leap’s data platform and integrations. Translate cross-functional needs into scoped projects, requirements, milestones, and acceptance criteria. Guide ingestion, data quality, provenance, reliability, and client integrations while partnering with engineering, analytics, implementation, security, and external technical teams. Investigate technical issues using SQL and data tooling, improve delivery processes, and establish scalable capabilities for onboarding clients and data sources.

Leads Leap’s data science and analytics function, developing patient intelligence, predictive models, population forecasts, impact measurement methods, and operational reporting. Partners across clinical, pharmacy, finance, product, engineering, and commercial teams to establish reliable metrics, quality controls, reproducible analytical methods, and self-service reporting. Builds the team, sets scientific direction, translates complex findings into business decisions, and embeds validated models into operational workflows.

Build and operate Leap’s post-sale client delivery engine. Responsibilities include designing scalable delivery processes, forecasting activation, savings, and revenue, automating client reporting with AI, defining analytics requirements, measuring lifecycle campaigns, supporting drug sourcing strategy, and identifying opportunities for client engagement and account expansion. The role partners closely with Sales, Operations, Analytics, Marketing, Pharmacy, and Growth Strategy teams.

Own lifecycle marketing strategy and execution across email, SMS, direct mail, landing pages, and employer channels. Build and optimize member journeys from awareness through retention, manage segmentation and personalization, run experiments, measure campaign performance, ensure compliant communications, and coordinate client launches and external partners. Translate complex healthcare topics into clear member communications while collaborating cross-functionally to improve activation, engagement, conversion, and retention.

Build and manage relationships with benefits consultants and brokers, drive consultant-sourced pipeline and revenue, lead presentations and product demonstrations, develop joint go-to-market strategies, support partnership contracting, and coordinate cross-functional execution with Sales, Marketing, Product, Legal, and Client Success. Travel up to 40% is required.
