Ship product features and fix bugs across Lava's surfaces. Extend the Gateway and monetization systems (metering, billing, payouts). Write tests and improve reliability. Pair with founding engineers to learn the codebase and take increasing ownership. Move fast, adapt to ambiguity, and help shape culture and processes at an early-stage startup.

As a Founding Engineer, you'll solve complex problems at the intersection of AI and payments, collaborate on technical architecture, and help shape the company's culture.

Lead Lava's go-to-market end-to-end: run outbound/inbound sales with developer-focused customers, build growth channels and GTM stack, translate customer feedback into product, track pipeline/activation/revenue, and represent the company externally as the first commercial hire.
