The Software Engineer will build features across the stack, design AI/LLM-driven workflows, translate requirements, and collaborate closely with the founding team and customers.

Manage a team resolving automotive total loss claims, negotiate settlements with carriers, optimize recovery using the company platform, own customer accounts, document KPIs and coaching, and collaborate with product and engineering to improve claims processes.
