Develop and lead performance creative strategy for paid acquisition across major advertising channels. Create briefs, identify concepts and messaging angles, analyze creative performance, structure testing frameworks, review ads, and guide creative partners. Research competitors and customer insights, optimize the full conversion funnel, and use AI tools to accelerate ideation and experimentation. The role focuses on improving customer acquisition through direct-response, DTC, and conversion-focused creative.

Leads Customer Experience operations across support channels and the full e-commerce lifecycle, including payments, fulfillment, subscriptions, refunds, and retention. Manages CX teams, staffing, escalations, workflows, SOPs, and performance KPIs. Uses customer and operational data to identify friction, improve efficiency, reduce contacts, and scale processes while partnering with Product, Payments, Fulfillment, Pharmacy, Clinical, and other teams.

Own paid acquisition across major advertising platforms, optimizing CAC, ROAS, conversion, AOV, and LTV. Lead landing-page, funnel, pricing, offer, and creative testing without designing visuals. Build SMS and email lifecycle programs for retention, abandoned carts, subscriptions, and win-back campaigns. Develop analytics dashboards and attribution reporting, allocate budgets using performance data, and ensure compliance with healthcare and platform advertising policies. Operate independently in a fast-paced, remote startup environment.

Coordinate LumiMeds’ cross-channel marketing function, translating company priorities into campaigns and execution plans. Manage specialists, timelines, workflows, calendars, agencies, and vendors; review marketing materials for quality, messaging, brand consistency, audience fit, and compliance. Monitor performance, identify funnel and execution gaps, improve marketing processes, and provide leadership with visibility into priorities, progress, risks, and results. Collaborate with product, clinical, legal, design, and customer support teams in a regulated telehealth environment.

Manage payment disputes and chargebacks end-to-end, prepare evidence packages, investigate failed or duplicate payments and subscription issues, coordinate with Customer Support, Pharmacy, Clinical Ops, and Finance, monitor fraud trends, maintain accurate records, and recommend process improvements to reduce chargebacks and improve payment success.

Design bold, high-contrast visual assets for social, ads, email, web, and landing pages. Collaborate with marketing and growth teams, maintain brand consistency, iterate from feedback, and manage multiple requests and deadlines in a fast-paced startup environment.
