Lead Vocca’s US go-to-market and build its sales organization from the ground up. The role begins as a hands-on player-coach responsible for discovery, demos, pipeline generation, and closing healthcare provider deals, then transitions into hiring, coaching, forecasting, enablement, compensation, territory design, and sales operations leadership. The leader will develop the US sales playbook, manage complex healthcare buying processes, own revenue targets, and provide customer insights to product and company leadership.

Own the full sales cycle for Vocca’s AI voice agent in the US healthcare market. Build outbound pipeline, conduct discovery and demos, negotiate and close mid-market and enterprise healthcare deals, and coordinate onboarding and deployments. Develop the US sales playbook, manage strategic accounts through expansion and renewals, provide product feedback, and help scale the sales team.

Build and lead Vocca’s US sales organization from the ground up. The role begins as a player-coach closing healthcare deals, then evolves into hiring, coaching, forecasting, and managing AEs and SDRs. Responsibilities include developing the US sales playbook, owning revenue targets, building sales systems, navigating complex healthcare procurement and security reviews, and scaling pipeline generation, conversion, and quota attainment.

Deploy Vocca’s AI voice-agent product for US healthcare clients, configuring integrations, managing go-lives, and owning post-sale success and account management. Initially hands-on, the role then develops the US implementation playbook, hires and leads a deployment team, and establishes product feedback loops. The role requires autonomous startup experience, technical product configuration skills, commercial credibility with healthcare and IT stakeholders, and the ability to scale a new operations function.
