Provide commercial legal support to U.S. insurance and reinsurance businesses. Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial and reinsurance agreements, advise on claims and coverage issues, manage outside counsel, support finance and strategic transactions, and partner with business stakeholders across underwriting, programs, and operations.

Leads specialty exposure management for non-natural catastrophe and liability portfolios across insurance lines. Oversees analysts performing pre- and post-bind modeling, portfolio production, reporting, regulatory submissions, data quality, and model validation. Partners with underwriting teams to optimize risk-adjusted capacity deployment, presents portfolio insights to senior stakeholders, manages outsourcing relationships, and advances exposure management tools, workflows, AI, automation, and analytics capabilities. Requires extensive insurance or reinsurance catastrophe modeling experience and strong leadership, risk governance, SQL, and analytical skills.

Lead enterprise data governance by partnering with IT, Data Owners, Data Stewards, and business stakeholders. Define and maintain Critical Data Elements, improve data quality, establish ownership and accountability, manage data quality monitoring, support reference data management, and facilitate issue resolution. The role also requires translating business objectives into data specifications and supporting governance and business transformation initiatives across a specialty insurance organization.
