Design, deliver, and evaluate blended learning programs for central support teams and clinic staff (Practice Managers, CSRs). Support onboarding, leadership development, and retention initiatives. Facilitate virtual and in-person training, build e-learning modules, manage program logistics, partner with cross-functional leaders, and use data to improve learning outcomes and engagement.
